What color is implantation bleeding ..usually and how long should it normaly last?
I think I am expeirencing implantation bleeding, havnt taken a test yet – but will soon….just wondering what is “normal”

What color(s) is it? How long does it last? Will I be able to get a positive test if I am experiencing implantation bleeding starting today.
I have a small amount of light pink blood when I wipe.
My lower back aches.
Usual periods are heavy and dark red.
My period is not supposed to start for a few days.
If it is implantation bleeding you will have to wait a few days before you’ll get a positive result as it takes over a day for it to implant completely. You may get a false negative result. If you can pinpoint conception, you can test roughly 9-14 days after that.
I’ve never had implantation bleeding although once I thought I was having it. It was just small, light pink and I really got my hopes up. My friend said that’s what she had before she found out she was pregnant.
2 days later my period started. By all means hope for the best but know if might be a sign of your period too. Better to expect the worst and have a pleasant surprise than expect to be pregnant and be crushed when it doesn’t work out.

For the past 5 days I have had very light bleeding/spotting. My period is not supposed to start for another 4 days. The color changes from pink, to a little red, to a dark brown. I have no cramps I was up last night with nausea, felt really sick. I feel like my boyfriends colognes are way too strong now. I get heart burn almost after every meal I eat, and I never get that. My periods are always normal so this is definitely different for me.

Basically you just have to get to know your body. With my son, I bled red. It looked like my period and it lasted a couple hours. I thought it was my period. Implantation bleeding is different for everyone, so yes it can be heavier. I’ve heard of some women that had it last a few days and it looking just like a period. So basically all you can do is wait. Sorry, it sucks, but thats the only thing you can do.
If it is brown spotting that occurs just before your period, no, it is just the beginning of the period.
If it is brown spotting that occurs at least a week before your period is due then it is more likely implantation, which happens 7-10 days after conception but won’t happen with your period.
